106 front wishbone rear bush

    Hi,
    My girlfriends 106 has failed MOT on both the front wishbone rear bushes
    being split. Looking at Haynes it says to take it to a dealer, but the bush
    appears to come integral with a bracket that seems to just push onto a
    spindle on the end of the wishbone.
    Are they fairly easy to replace?

    I'm a bit pi**ed off as I'm sure when I did the wheel bearings recently the
    bushes looked OK. I haven't had a look yet as the girlfriend took it to the
    garage (I wonder if they are trying to get a bit of extra cash!)
