106 windscreen washer

    Hi all. I've been trying to find out why my windscreen washer isn't working. There's water in the bottle and it's not blocked but the pump doesn't seem to kick in when I pull on the stalk. I've looked elsewhere online and apparently the fuse that operates the washer also operates the buzzer when you leave your headlights on, which also isn't working. I can't find the fuse for either, the manual said it's under the bonnet but it's not. Any help?
