1997 406 2.0 petrol turbo repair/replacement

    The Turbo on my 406 is siezed solid, what sort of a job is it to
    repair or replace? It looks a right b*****r to do as access is very
    limited and I expect nothing will come loose.
    Has anyone got any advice or tips please?
