2005 Pug 206 Main Beam problem

    My 2005 Pug diesel sport has just developed a fault which is puzzling me, the headlight main beam will not stay on, they flash and when the stem is moved they come on but go off when the lever is released. I have changed the com2000 unit but the problem persists. Is there a relay out somewhere or ?

    Need a solution as the mot is due next week please help, any ideas as it really getting to me and com units are not cheap.
