2005 Year 206cc Excessive brake pedal travel

    Just replaced a corroded brake pipe on a friends 206cc.
    Have presure bled the system and I AM 100% certain there is no air in it.
    Issue is the pedal travels nearly to the floor before you notice any decent braking effort when the car is Driven.
    If I dissconnect the servo pipe the pedal gets a bit firmer but no improvement (as expected) with stopping power.
    Any Thoughts please?
