2010 308 CC window problem

Hi.

can someone advise me please?

I have a 2010 308 cc. The drivers window goes up or down in 20 ish cm increments.
It only operates if the door is shut.
All the others are perfect.

I have done a BSI reset four times in succession twice. No change.
A window learning reset. Up hold down hold at least ten times.
I have taken off the door card and checked for obvious damage nothing.
The runners have had a liberal dosing of WD40 and silicone spray.
I have changed the door switch.
Nothing seems to alter the fault.

When the motor runs it is responsive and smooth, sounds sweet.
The other problem is I daren’t try to put the roof down because if the window is playing up the roof probably will.
This car is having a laugh.
Might scrap it just to get my own back Lol
But before I do can anybody help please?

Do you manage to find the root cause?
