Hi there, does anyone know if I can fit 306 S16 disks and callipers to my 205 Dturbo?
I have looked on the electronic parts catalouge and not found any extra part between the non moving part of the caliper(yoke) and the wheel hub on either car.
I know to fit 306 GTi6 calipers and discs to a 205 you need an interface plate made by griffiths engineering. The 306 GTi disks are thicker and larger diameter than the 306 2.0 S16 brakes, which are the same thickness as to 205 GTi disks although they are 266mm as opposed to 247mm in diameter.
Has anyone got any experience of this?
Also has anyone ever fitted an intercooler to a 205 Dturbo? If so how big was it and where did it fit?
    Regards
    sam

Not sure about the brakes, but a slightly cheaper option may be 309/205 GTi
discs calipers. This is what I did to mine and it worked a treat and bolted
    straight on. All for £15.

As for the intercooler, yes they do fit. Until yesterday I had a 205 Dturbo
which I planned to put an intercooler on. I did loads of research into it.
But my plans changed and I needed some money so I had to sell the 205. The
basic idea is that you get an intercooler and manifold from a BX/405 TD and
then mount it in the same place (on top of the engine). You also need a 205
auto bonnet which is raised in the middle to accomodate this, plus a few
other little bits. If you are serious about fitting one then let me know as
I know exactly what you need to do, and I have a few of the bits for the
conversion (including a hard-to-come-by new original Peugeot auto bonnet).

    Hope that helps
