306 AC Regass Cost?

    My air con has eventually given up. Light comes on but no cooling.

    Been on the decline for a couple of years but as I rarely use it (306 or AC)
    I haven't been too fussed. When it comes on automatically I let it run for
    ten mins as a precaution then turn it off.

    Probably just needs a regass.

    Any ideas how much I should be paying. Might help me spot a sensible quote
    early on.

    I think even a Peugeot dealer can do it cheaper than £790!!!

    Best so far is £70+vat. Recommended by a Peugeot Mechanic after I laughed at
    his £150 quote. Rather nice of him.

    £70 is a lot just for adding gas, must be a few more companys in your local
    yellow pages.

    get them to put the dye in too so you can spot leaks when they occur
