My driver side electric window is broken (Not the glass)

Does anyone know what parts you need to get this fixed?

Or is there an easy fix?

Does anyone know a good Pug mechanic in Herts?

    Many thanks,

Assuming you need to replace the entire motor assembly then you will need a
new motor assembly (~£150 from memory) and a new membrane for inside the
door to replace the one you will have to rip off (~£25). Pug also changed
the electrical connectors from the car to the motor so make sure they give
    you the converters.

It is not an easy fix - took me a day and a half to strip down the door and
get it all back together - clipping the glass onto the assembly was a pain
and I had to do some soldering to get the connectors to work.

If it broke again, I'd bite the bullet and get a garage to do it.

    Haynes manual is very useful....

    Thanks Ken.

I think I will get the garage to do it, to warranty the work.

Thank for your input. Very useful.

Just for ref. I got the window kit from GSF (German Swedish)
    for 50 quid.

So any parts I would get from their. And they deliver.

Once again, thanks for your input.
