Can anyone help I'm really fed up with this.I had a new radiator fitted 1
month ago and was told by the cowboy garage who fitted it that the fan
wasn't working.might be thermostat or fan switch!!!!! I have replaced both
of these with no luck! Could it be the electric fan and if so how can I test
it before forking out 150 quid

Take the connection off the rad switch. There are two or three wires
to it. One of them is live with the ignition on. Make sure there is a
feed to one of the wires. Make a note of which this is and connect a
paper clip from that wire to one of the other wires. The fan should
turn. If not then it's the motor. If no feed check the fuse.

Thanks Nigel, have found a blown fuse and replaced it, but despite having a
live feed I get a spark when the 2 wires are connected but no spinning of
the motor. Have to get another motor....:-(
