    Hello,

I have a burnt-out headlight at the right side of the vehicle (for European
and American it is the passenger side and most Commonwealth countries it is
    the drivers side).

The interesting thing is that there is a plastic cover that I am unable to
take off to reach the head light mounting bracket.

Can someone advise me if there is a way to change the headlight.

I am also interested if there is some sort of catch where the between where
the actual wiring terminals and the globe that I must press.

    Kindest regards

    Hello,

There are two plastic pegs in the cover, You must press
in this pegs (i.e. by thin key or screwdriver), then You should easy take
    off the cover.
Next step to change the bulb is take off rubber deck (back of headlight),
in may 307 it is not twist but stright put on.
Next there are plastic electric cube with wires - You must take it off by
force, but with feeling, not to tear or touse (first time I spend 10
minutes to take it off, next time it will easier and quicker).
Next take off the spring holding the bulb by pressing it toward the bulb
and pressing two handles together and next drawing they away
    simultaneously released they.
Next You can easy take the bulb out.
Make sure the springs holding thight the new bulb after replace.

    Best regards,

Did manage to get the plastic cover off - Thanks

I see what you mean about getting the plug assembly off the bulb. It is
    bloody murder.

I have placed the bulbs in and not they are a little off line. Is there a
    way to straighten them?

First - there is bead on the lamp-socket, it should be up, not down.
Second - please try to watch at front of the headlight if the lamp-socket
of the bulb fit properly to the edges of the lamp-mirror.
The bulb should be the the more/less in the middle of the lamp mirror and
in the middle of the metal semi-cilinder.

My English is so poor, I am sorry :).
    Best regards,
