    Hi Everyone.
I'm new to this forum and am embarrassed to be asking the simplest of questions.
I've found the spark plugs and know how to change them.
    BUT ...
Euro Car Parts (my usual parts people) website is unhelpful as to spark plug type.
I decided to take one out to check out the type, but found that neither of my spark plug sockets will fit the plugs.
I've checked a number of websites.
    Some say it is a 14mm spanner ... Some say a 16mm.
I would be grateful for guidance from forum members.
The torque for refitting new plugs would also be helpful.
    Thanks in advance.
    Johnsco.

Since it looks like no one else is going to answer my question, it looks like I'll have to answer it myself .....
A bit of research on the internet revealed the following information:
The spanner size is definitely 14mm across the flats.
A suitable socket can be purchased from Euro Car Parts.
They supply a slim socket manufactured by Laser with Part No. LAS4376.
Note that this is a 3/8 inch drive and not the more common 1/2 inch drive.
Price from ECP is £9.69 incl. VAT.

    The plug type is 5960g1.
There are a number of equivalents by various manufacturers.
Tightening torque is specified as 17 NM.

I've now completed the plug change and learned something more about the job.
I bought the replacement plugs from Fish Bros, who specialise in Peugeot parts.
The plugs supplied as type 5960g1 are actually marked "BOSCH VR8SEW".
The plugs that I removed from the car were marked "BOSCH VR8SC"
The plugs appear identical ... same reach ... same thread size ... same sealing washer.
    Job completed ...... Simples !!
