307's econo mode and bad acceleration

Hi
We bought 307 1.6 Wagon in march and no complaining except...
30min econo mode is very annoying. I often have to spend time in the car
while engine isnt running and starting the engine to get radio back on is
very frustrating. Is there any way to get pass econo mode or get 30min limit
longer?
Second problem is with the engine throttle responding/acceleration. When
done a longer run ~90km the engine goes in somekind of "econo mode".
Acceleration is very poor, pushing throttle down or shifting smaller gear
doesnt help the car just wont accelerate fast (read normally). It's like ECU
finds some fault and puts on "safety program" etc... This doesnt happen
allways but too often. Car is going to diagnose test in three weeks, hope
they find something wrong.
Does anyone else have any experience or heard of these same problems?
