308 headlight adjustment for europe

    I have a 10 reg Uk registered 308 which I am importing into Portugal . Is there any option for headlight conversion other than buying new 'dip' to right units . They are standard headlights not xenon. If they cannot be adjusted in any way , where is the best place to get new units , UK , France or ?
