405 seat motor

    hi all newbe here just got a nice 405stdt
    with only 55k on it great car for the price but i have to issues with it only small ones the 1st is the drivers side elctic seat motor has packed up does any one know where to get one the ref number on the motor is
    464k670d
    type mra1 12v

    and also the oil gauge does not work any 1 no what to check 1st
