406 1.9 (1995) td throttle cable

    Had the throttle cable snap on me tonight driving along a lovely dark
    country road.

    Necessity being the mother of mechanical inspiration, bodged a quick fix to
    get home.

    So, is the installation of a new cable an easy job, anything I should watch
    out for when doing this?
