Hi, I have a N reg 406 1.9TD. Recently the engine has been cutting out when the revs have dropped below 1,000 - usually when I am breaking for a roundabout or something. I have cured this by pulling up the throttle cable so the tickover is above the 1,000 mark (about 1,400). However when I have been running for a long period of time and I turn the engine off and then try to restart it struggles to restart. I know the injection unit is playing up and the Turbo doesnt kick in (if it does) until the 3,000 mark. Any suggestions - do I need a new injection pump? If so where can I get hold of one and how much? Or any other ideas greatfully recieved. Cheers and thanks in advance Bazza
