406 ecu not cooling

There's gas in the system (and I've bypassed the pressure sensors anyway)
but there's no volts to the compressor clutch, with the system set to cool.

    What else could it be?

    Thanks

Also noticed, put the fan on auto, and sweep the demand temp from 14 to max,
fan stays at minimum speed- could this indicate that it's a control problem?
Maybe temp sensor not working, so ecu doesn't know what to do?

    i've posted this many times

look for faults in the relay's right in between the cooling fans, its
a triangularish box and you'll be likely to find the one on the
downside ( there is three) to have the leads rotten of, replace the
leads and go sit in your nice and cool 406 :)
