406 HDI 90 2004 reg, £9,995. Worth the money?

    Local dealer has a 406 hdi 90 "almost new" very low mileage etc. Wants
    £9,995 for it. Opinions? What sort of trim level has it?
    Also, is my existing 1995 405 GLXD (62,000 miles) worth much as a trade in?
