406 hdi starting problems

    i use a 406 hdi as a taxi if i go to start the car from cold and it
    stalls it will then turnover but not fire.
    leave it for about an hour it will then re-start
    No fualt codes are found when the computer is checked.
    the vehicle has done 136000 miles
