406 hdi warning light

    i have recently bought a 406 Hdi 90 1999 reg. Runs perfect but no manual
    with it and there is a light on the dashboard with a pic. of ared engine.
    Can anyone enlighten me as to what it means.?

    Sounds like the engine management system light (ECU) best take it to a
    Peugeot garage to have a look. The same happened with my 206 HDi and they
    just reset the ecu
