Done 93,000 miles and every reason to be pleased with vehicle.
I do,however, have a small problem with the temperature display, which now
reads _ _0. Can anyone tell me - is this a fuse problem or the location of
    the temperature sender?
    Haynes manual makes no mention.
    Many thanks

If this is the outside air temp sensor, I think I have read about it
being located in the door mirror. look for a small bulge on the
    underside of the housing. - Can't check myself as I don't have a 406.

Thanks Bob, as you surmise it is the temp/sensor. I will check, as you
suggest and get back on progress or otherwise.
Happy motoring, whatever you are driving.
