406 Wipers

    W reg 406 Rapier estate, the windscreen wipers will only operate for 12
    seconds regardless if you pulse it, auto, normal or fast, they change speeds
    but will stop anywhere on screen after 12 seconds. Any ideas on what the
    problem is and what the cure is would be appreciated.

    Would a diagnosis tell me what is wrong or are the wipers not controlled by
    the computer

    Check all relays, wiper motor got wet some time ,can u remove the pulse
    control switch then try and wire them up with out that in line.
