I am trying to test the horns before disturbing the centre of steering wheel with the air bag. I. have located the F2 15A fuse in the engine fuse box where I expected 12V, but only measured 3-4volts. I have now located the horns through the left hand driving lamp hole. As the horn bodies are plastic and there are 2 wires to them it seems likely the earth is supplied by the horn push button. Does anybody know?
