    Hi,
I have a `95 306 D turbo, whats the correct procedure for bleeding the
cooling system, i can see there are 3 bleed valves, one near the back
by the bulkhead, one at the front and one on the radiator? i cannot
seem to get any flowing coolant through the radiator one, am i doing
    something wrong?
    Thanks

on the top left hand side of the radiator there should be a bleed
screw there, undo it and fill the expansion bottle till water comes out
of the screw then tighten it up and start the engine and open the
other bleeding screws until water comes out of them this should do the
    trick

One thing I would recommend is to measure the amount of coolant drained off.
    Measure replacement coolant put in.

If you have put in less than original then you know you have an airlock.

Petrol engines maybe more forgiving then diesels, but overheating a diesel
can lead to head gasket problems.

This is from personal experience on a 405!!
