Bumper trim swapping and rattling heat shield

    hi

    I have just brought a 307xsi for the missus and the bumper trims are slightly scuffed. Am thinking of taking them off and giving them a quick spray my question is are they easy to remover and whats the best way?!

    Also there is a slight rattling from the heat shield whats best way to cur the rattling.. The rattling only started after the previous owner put on a new standard exhaust system
