pulled the spill of pipe from one of the injectors and fuel is coming
out at high presure telling me it is over fueling does anyone know
what would cause this. This is causeing the vehicle to only rev to
around 2000 rpm i asume the ecu is puting it into safe mode :(

    As far as i know:

Fuel pressure is regulated by a control valve which is operated by the
ECU using info from the pressure sensor. The control valve is an
integrated part of the fuel pump and cannot be separated.

The valve is electromagentically operated by the ECU so maybe a faulty
wiring or the pressure sensor is giving wrong readings
