headlight bulb

    I have a 206E Semi Auto/ and I changed the pass side headlamp bulb, only to find that this new bulb doesnt work on DIP..Thats why I changed the bulb.

    Anyone any ideas ?????:confused:

    I have since found the fuse box under the bonnet , checked the fuses No 9 10 for the DIP lights. Fuses were OK, I changed them over and still the DIP light not working.
    SO is there a RELAY in the fuse box that isnt working ???????:eek:

    I got it sorted......The hand book is decieving....It says. Dip/ Mainbeam bulb No H7, so I got one and fitted it and still no Dip light---------I found out that there are 2 BULBS 1 for Dip and 1for M/Beam Both bulbs No H7. If the hand book had said Dip No H7 and M/Beam No H7 I would have realised that there were 2 bulbs. Then maybe again I should have looked into the head light and tried it out first to see which bulb I needed...........We learn more every day.....
