Not behaving as I expected

    Hello everyone, I am new to forum life so please bear with me.

    I have a Peugeot 508 sw 2011 model and I have just done major surgery on her and replaced the dual mass, clutch etc. I have now gone to start her after the work and she is stuck in economy mode, she will also not spin the starter motor. Does this mean screwed starter or is there something I have missed? Thank you in advance for your consideration
