Peugeot 106 fuse box??

    Hi,
    I have a problem with what I suspect is a fuse. I must be going crazy
    but I can't open the fuse box - all the manual says is pull forward.
    Does anyone know how to open this black plastic box?? It is a 1996
    Diesel 106. Thanks
