Peugeot 106 XN 1.1i 1997 battery problem!

    Hello,
    Today battery run ot and I could't start! After a little measuring I
    found the the loud to the battery in stand by position is 400 mA! Is
    that normal! Everything comes from the fuse F8 in the cabin! I am sure
    that the CD player is workin properly! Please help me! Thank you!
