PEUGEOT 206 1.4 HDI 2003 Turning over but not starting!

    Bought a 2003 Peugeot 206 1.4 hdi last week started up fine when I tried it a couple time but went to start it yesterday only for it to not work. It turns over fine but doesnt start no matter how many times i try. Any ideas whats wrong with it? also bought from a private seller.

    Check the high preasure fuel pump regulator on the injector pump.
