Peugeot 407 3L V6 engine idle when warm

    Hi, my first post here
    I have a 407 3L V6 Sports SV 2005 petrol which has over 220000km which I really love. However when the engine warms up and I'm at idle say at the lights it starts to idle rough, I don't know the term, is it races? Where the rpms fluctuate up and down
    It's fine whilst I drive though
    I'm wondering if someone knows what the issue may be please

    It did have the dreaded rocker cover oil leaks in the past but I believe I may have fixed it if it's related?

    I've changed all coil packs
