Peugeot 807 noisy blower

I just bought pug 807 and he said everything works(first time buying car)

So the problem is when i use heater/ac when i put it on max there is sound like something inside of the blower. There is no air coming out from the front but there is air at rear. How do i check or find this blower and check if damage or not or just dirty inside of it
