pug 206 fault .. please help

    i have a peugeot 206 1.4 lx 52 reg .witch has been playin up for about 4 days . when i start the car there is aloud beep and the 2 airbag symbols appear on the cluster . i have to reset the time and date on my display and sometimes prioir to this the car will turn over sometimes not firing then eventually start ... need ideas on the problem asap !
