seatbelt warning

    I was under the impression that if the driver's seatbelt is not fastend when
    starting the car (in my case a 206 LX) a warning would sound. The manual
    suggests this is the case, and it comes up on the multifunction display. But
    mine doesn't. Is mine broken, or is it not a standard feature?
