service spanner

Long time i have been on here can anybody tell me how to get the service spanner off on a pug 206 we given it a full engine service and the thing is still there.

We had that on the 306 but I cannot remember how you reset it. However, you
might find this site useful. You can ask questions of Pug mechanics. I
have used it in the past and they are very helpful.

Just come across this in a forum:
"On my 306 if you hold down the trip reset button, and turn the ignition on
at the same time it gives a 10 sec countdown then resets."

 

I followed the above procedure on my 406 and it worked for me.
