    Hi folks

Have a 206 1.4lx. Has standard steel wheels on it. Have managed to
aquire a set of 15" Peugeot alloy wheels from a mate of a mate who took
them off of his 206gti. Can i fit them with the standard bolts or do i
have to buy special bolts to attach them? Think they're called
'Peugeot Scirocco' but not quite sure on that.

If i need special bolts a part number would come in handy.

    Cheers

    James

Hmmm ... I seem to remember that on a 405 the bolts for steel wheels are
domed or tapered under the head and would crack/damage the holes of
alloy wheels whose bolts are flat under the head. Could be wrong but
suggest wait for a moment as someone will soon be along with the
    complete answer!

Best of the season to all ...

You need different bolts - alloy and steel rims mount differently. Your
local alloy seller will be able to supply you a set, as will your local Pug
    dealer.
