wipers

    can anybody help 306 spinnaker 1.6 p reg the wipers work but when on
    intermitent they stop half way threw the cycle.
    they stop pointing up

    is this a relay ?if so where is it?

  2. It will be either in begind the wipers stalk on the steering column, or in
    under the dash some where, on the 406 the fuses are under the dash on the
    drivers side.
    306 might be the same.

    The relay is in the fuse box panel. You will hear it clicking when the
    wipers operate. Though the fact they are working suggests there is nothing
    wrong with the relay. More likely to be the motor itself - likely to be
    water ingression into the switch in the motor which tells the wipers `where
    they are`. New motor is around £90 from Euro Car Parts and is a fairly easy
    job to fit.
